No Gym Training conducts group fitness sessions at Alberfeldie Park in the Moonee Valley Area along the banks of the Maribyrnong River, as well as personal training at your home or local park.
Our methods provide a fun but no nonsense approach to improving your health and fitness. No Gym training Bootcamps Aberfeldie Park Maribyrnong, are limited to sixty minutes of, fast paced, little down time, high intensity sessions, with boxing for fitness at its core for every workout.
No Gym Training Bootcamps is for everybody and designed to get you fit and then even fitter. Classes are limited to 12 per workout and you are trained by a Personal Trainer, not a group instructor or gym Instructor.
Training in a fun group, means pushing yourself just a little bit harder to achieve your goals is just a little bit easier, especially when being motivated by a Personal Trainer.
No Gym Training aim is to provide you with the ultimate workout too progressively challenge your body and to achieve results and enjoy yourself at the same time in a social group.
